Raise a Dispute

Raising a dispute freezes the escrow and triggers DAO arbitration. Both parties will be notified. Be clear and factual in your reason. Funds remain locked until the DAO resolves the dispute.

Marking as shipped notifies the buyer that goods are on the way. The buyer can then confirm delivery and release payment to you.
